Rita Marley, as wife of Bob Marley, key member of his backing vocal group, and long-time recording artist in her own right, was dubbed The Queen of Reggae in the wake of Bob Marley s passing in 1981. She scored a massive crossover hit with the single One Draw, which projected her into the international limelight. Harambe is Rita Marley s second solo album, released after the massive success of her first and album and the hit single One Draw, as well as her first international solo tours.
